Randomness

Well here we are at about the middle of the semester. Benjamin and I have settled into our new schedule. He has stopped crying when I drop him of at school. his problem with hitting has all but disappeared and his language has improved dramatically. I love having him in school and getting to see him change, grow, and develop friendships.

I am doing quite well this semester I have a couple of classes that are challenging but the other four aren't too bad so it all balances out. I am really enjoying working with America Reads. I get to listen to first graders read and watch as they learn and improve. It is so exciting to watch as they get so excited when they finally figure it out. I have mostly overcome my fear of rats and actually look forward to working in the lab. It is so amazing to see how they can learn and be taught just like people. My singing has been going great. I am not working on four different songs and I am beginning to gain confidence in my ability. Having singing lessons has made Tuesday my favorite day.

I LOVE our new apartment and the ward is great. We haven't received callings yet but we have met many wonderful people and are excited to meet more.

Grandpa was released from the High Counsel on Sunday which is sad for a few reasons but most of all that we won't get to have him speak in our ward anymore.
