This has been a really rough week. Everyday the Dr's had more bad news for us. Finally on Tuesday they said the Cancer had spread to his blood and he probably wouldn't make it through the night. I spent the last two days in the hospital watching one of the strongest men I know slowly slip away. As I watched him struggling to breath and moaning in pain I began to pray, asking Heavenly Father to grant him peace. He finally passed away at a little after 10 last night. I am so relieved to know that he is no longer suffering.
Until we meet again,

Please continue praying for my family. My two youngest brothers seem to be taking it the hardest. We will be working on funeral arrangements today and I will post information for that as soon as possible.
ReplyDeleteCatie I am so sorry for your loss! I will pray for your family!
ReplyDeleteWow, Catie. I'm so sorry. I can hardly believe how fast that was. I think of you often.
ReplyDeleteCatie, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
ReplyDeleteI remember your dad as very kind and he remind me of a teddy bear. He was and is one cool guy. I feel honored that I got to meet him. I love you guys.
